Is the Ultimate Weaning Kit a subscription?
No, the weaning kit is a one off purchase that provides 5 weeks worth of food, delivered straight to your door. It also gives you access to expert advice via our Knowledge Hub and Live Office Hours, a customised weaning diary and some exciting V&Me extras along the journey!
Can I buy the weaning kit for someone else?
Of course! Just make sure to check the start date is correct for their baby and we’ll take care of the rest.
Do the meals arrive frozen?
NO! We believe in giving the freshest taste, that’s why we don’t use frozen ingredients or go through any unnecessary processes to extend the shelf life of our meals. Instead, we use the best seasonal ingredients and cook them from scratch before delivering them straight to your door from our kitchen.


​​Do the Paediatric Dietitians plan all meals on the menu?
Yes, our registered HCPC Paediatric Dietitians fully plan every single food which appear on our menu. They also go through a strict process to plan out each day and week to ensure your baby has the optimal nutritional balance as well as exposure to new flavours and tastes.
Do you offer dairy-free versions of the Ultimate Weaning Kit?
Absolutely! Our weaning kit is inherently dairy-free, which means none of the meals included contain dairy products. We understand that dairy intolerance or allergies can sometimes become apparent before a baby reaches 6 months, and families often follow their own milk ladder plans to manage this.

However, it's important to note that while we take every precaution to maintain a dairy-free environment for our weaning kit, our kitchen does handle dairy ingredients for other meals. We want to ensure you have all the information you need to make an informed choice, so please let us know if you have any specific concerns or questions about this. Your peace of mind is important to us!
Do your meals contain any salt or sugar?
No, none of our meals contain any added salt or sugar and we also do not use any additives. Everything as Mother Nature intended.
How do I find out about the allergens in each meal?
All allergens are highlighted in bold on our menu and on your Weaning Diary. The individual foods are also labelled with ingredients and allergens.
Where do you source your ingredients from?
We source the best quality, freshest seasonal ingredients from reputable suppliers who also supply all the Michelin 3* restaurants in London.

For the seasonal, local product from UK farms, we use Nature’s Choice and Natoora. We use Direct Meats for their fresh free-range meat products and Daily Fish for their sustainably sourced sea foods.
What testing do you do to make sure your kitchen is safe?
We have a 5-star hygiene rating and an additional strict hygiene protocol in place. All kitchen staff hold food hygiene certificates and must go through regular health checks to ensure our meals are prepared in a safe environment. We flash freeze a sample of every dish we produce for 10 days and conduct regular testing to ensure the highest standards are adhered to at all times.


What methods of payment do you accept?
We take all major credit cards, debit cards, and other popular payment methods. Payments are processed via Stripe. Stripe is a global online payment processor that is trusted by thousands of businesses across the globe.


What is your delivery fee?
Your price is inclusive of delivery fees within our core delivery areas.
How will the food be delivered?
Your food will be cooked fresh and delivered straight to your door on your chosen day. We currently deliver your food twice a week to ensure it is as fresh as possible and as if you cooked it in your kitchen.
